Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital - Media Design and Production
I am currently involved in producing all media for the hospital in San Andreas, California, part of the historic Mother Lode Gold Country. In 2003, we jointly developed a print, radio, and television using a marketing campaign themed "It's A Good Life," that represents the hospital's ideas to reach the community in a different manner than just showing buildings and draped docs. Also shot segments for television spots.

I have completed over 35 brochures on hospital services, and the five Family Medical Centers in the county, and provide updated contents and layout. I create about 150 newspaper ads a year and photograph events and new staff for new releases. And I design hospital vehicle signage. All media projects are produced locally and link the quality of life and health with the resources of the hospital.

I've added YouTube video work for MTSJH  in the past year, with a history of over 120 progrrams I shot and edited for local community television on health and quality of life topics. More than a decade ago, I worked on the community fund-raising effort to build a new hospital by creating marketing materials a logo for the capital campaign. I've produced work for the hospital since 1988.

Northern California and Western Nevada Chapter American Concrete Institute (ACI) - Chapter Events and Website Redesign
ACI International has over 20,000 worldwide members, and nearly 100 local chapters. It's educational mission is to improve construction standards and techniques using concrete through research and training. The local chapter began in 1958 and hosts dinner meetings with industry speakers, and a comprehensive Certification Program with 700 students predicted for 2010. I perform administrative tasks including the duties of secretary/treasurer, commuicating with members and assoicates through bulk email and newsletters, and providing graphic design services for chapter events.  I'm updating the chapter website www.aci-ncawnv.org to include a members-only section that will provide contact and resource information. The cosmetic and content redesign will appear in late August. I've worked with ACI since 1999.

Pneucon - Print and Website
Pneucon's website, www.pneucon.com, attracted the attention of a potential new customer dissatisfied with their current vendor. The new customer based their decision to contact Pneucon on the personal attention and quality products conveyed on the website. The relationship blossomed into a five year agreement worth approximately $2,000,000 per year in new business for Pneucon. The talented people at Pneucon closed the deal, but the website prompted the first contact.

The slogan was adopted by the CVB and the County in 1988.
